SVQ and competence-based qualifications Kitchen Services (L5) - 2017

Here, you'll find everything you need to study for or to teach our Scottish Vocational Qualification (SVQ) in Kitchen Services at level SCQF level 5. This work-based qualification is aimed at learners who prepare and serve mainly pre-prepared or pre-cooked items in chain restaurants and the majority of small hot food takeaways, such as fish and chip shops and burger vans.
