Here, you'll find everything you need to study for or to teach our Edexcel Scottish Vocational Qualification (SVQ) in Food Production and Cooking at level 2 (SCQF level 5). This work-based qualification is aimed at learners working in the routine production of food, for example in a works canteen, school, pub, hospital or residential care home. The food prepared is simple and items may be pre-cooked or prepared.
