About this role
This standard is for apprentices under 25 years old who wish to gain the competencies required to work as an administration assistant.
Administration assistants have a highly transferable set of knowledge, skills and behaviours that can be applied across the public, private and charitable sector. Their role is to carry out routine administration tasks that support operations. An administration assistant is an integral part of the team and organisation responsible for supporting the efficient organisational functions and operations. This apprenticeship is a minimum 8-month programme and should typically be completed within 12-18 months.
