An update on everything new within the Logistics sector.
Extension of Qualifications and Provision after SASE ends
We have recently extended a number of qualifications reaching their review date, to enable them to continue to be used in apprenticeships or as stand-alone qualifications.
Following a review of take up and future demand of these qualifications we plan to continue offering a number of qualifications to the end of the year, and plan to further extend beyond, but we plan to close a number of qualifications to new registrations after 31 July 2020 where they have low demand.

As a reminder, the Government is closing SASE apprenticeships for new enrolments on 31 July 2020 whereby learners must instead enrol on new apprenticeship Standards which are available now. In many cases no qualifications are mandated for these new Standards but we are mapping our qualifications to the standards where applicable, so that they may be used by providers to meet on-programme knowledge or skill requirements.
