Networks helping registered managers feel more confident

A recent evaluation has found that Skills for Care registered manager networks are making managers feel more confident in their roles.

The networks are free to join and meet a minimum of 3 times a year. They are led by registered managers themselves, so the topics discussed are always relevant.
