August 2015 work based learning and colleges update
This month's update includes information on the adult care trailblazer and 19+ funding.
Adult care trailblazer
The first 2 standards for the adult care trailblazer have been approved by the Department for Business, Innovation and Skills (BIS). The standards show what an apprentice will be doing and the skills required of them, by job role.

19+ funding
The following qualifications have been approved for Skills Funding Agency 19+ funding for 2015/16:
