Geography in the News aims to stimulate discussion about the relevance of geography and its importance in helping us to make sense of the world around us. In this edition we have selected an article exploring how plans to build infrastructure to bring cleaner electricity have resulted in conflicts in local communities in North Devon and Mid Wales.

This self-paced trainingcourse, created by the Pearson Edexcel Geography team, is designed to support teachers in delivering our A Level qualification. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to apply the skills you’ve acquired by evaluating exemplar Independent Investigations.
