Reminder on funding from 1 September 2025
This is a reminder that Level 3 funding reforms in England affects the BTEC Nationals in Engineering qualification. The reform:
- affects centres in England only
- affects standalone registrations and not registrations that are part of an apprenticeship.
- does not affect registrations that are independently funded
- does not affect centres in Northern Ireland and Wales
At 360GLH, Extended Certificate size, the new BTEC Nationals in Engineering (AAQ) is funded in England for first teaching 1 September 2025.
