Engineering and Manufacturing Support Technologies
BTEC Level 3 Diploma and Extended Diploma in Aerospace and Aviation Engineering 601/9063/2, 601/9057/7:
Please note that further updates have been made to the qualification specification for apprentices on the forthcoming revised Aerospace Engineering Technician Apprenticeship applicable immediately. This does not change the mandatory units but specifies which exact units the apprentices must take, in order to satisfy the requirements of the apprenticeship, expected to be updated imminently by Government. The apprenticeship versions of the qualifications are clearly indicated on Edexcel Online, to which existing centres will have access, and this will ensure you take the correct units for this apprenticeship. Please make sure your learners are registered on the correct version.
