AS and A level 2015 sciences: October 2014 update
This October update provides further information on the newly-accredited AS and A level 2015 Physics specifications and status of our draft 2015 AS and A levels in Biology and Chemistry.
AS and A level 2015 Physics
I'm pleased to inform you that Ofqual has accredited the new Pearson Edexcel AS and A level Physics specifications for first teaching from September 2015.
You can download the accredited specifications and sample assessment materials from the Physics 2015 qualification page. Over the next few months, we'll be providing lots of support documents on our website to help you plan and implement these new qualifications successfully.
Accreditation status of Biology and Chemistry
We are now looking forward to hearing more about the accreditation of AS and A level Biology and Chemistry soon. As soon as I learn of any further developments, I will let you know.
Autumn term 2014 launch events
