While maintaining the core principles of Pearson Assured, we’ve made key improvements to adapt to the evolving needs of our customers and the demands of today’s education and training landscape. 

What’s new with Assured by Pearson? 

• AI Enhancements coming next year: We are excited to announce that in 2025, Assured by Pearson will integrate cutting-edge AI-driven tools to further streamline the quality assurance process. These enhancements will enable automated content reviews, providing deeper insights and faster feedback for your training programmes. This innovation will help identify opportunities for improvement more efficiently, saving you time and resources while ensuring top-quality outcomes for your learners. 
  
• Independent benchmarking at course level: We now focus on verifying the quality of specific training programmes rather than institution-wide recognition. This enables greater precision and flexibility for your organisation to tailor assurance processes to your unique needs. 
• Digital Badging through Credly: Learners completing your programmes can now receive Assured by Pearson digital badges, providing them with globally recognised, shareable proof of their achievements. This innovative approach replaces traditional paper certificates, aligning with sustainability goals. 
• Annual Reviews for continuous quality: To ensure ongoing excellence, annual reviews will continue be part of the service. These reviews maintain consistent quality across your training programmes. 
• Enhanced flexibility: Our assurance process is now adaptable to non-formally assessed training and supports bundling multiple courses under a single framework. You can also add additional titles to your assurance package over time. 
• Sustainability at its core: By moving to digital credentials, we are contributing to a more environmentally sustainable future, reducing reliance on paper certificates.
