BTEC Home Cooking Skills – online training events

Two online training events are now available for the 2015/16 academic year for centres that wish to deliver the qualifications in Home Cooking Skills.

These online events will focus on the delivery and assessment of the qualifications, and participants will have an opportunity to:

consider and match units for mixed ability groups
explore ideas and suggestions on how to write assignments
explore approaches to writing schemes of work using different types of resources.

The cost is £99, and you can book a place online via our website.
