Congratulations to BTEC students receiving their Level 3 results today
13 August 2026, London: Today, 199,779 Level 3 BTEC results will be issued to students in colleges and schools across the UK. Their qualifications have equipped them with the skills and knowledge to take their next step into higher education, apprenticeships, or employment.
This year, students in schools and colleges across the UK completed Level 3 BTECs across a range of subjects, including:
- 35,378 students in Business and Management
- 34,706 in Sport
- 26,705 in Applied Science
- 17,933 in Health and Social Care
- 12,937 in IT and Computing
- 10,666 in Media
- 10,212 in Engineering
Pearson's BTECs are future-focused and globally recognised qualifications. They are developed with employers, industry experts, and higher education institutions to help ensure learners gain the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in employment and higher education. Every year around 450,000 students receive their Level 2 or Level 3 BTEC qualifications.
BTECs are part of Pearson's portfolio of vocational and technical qualifications, including T Levels and Alternative Academic Qualifications, which enable learners to develop the skills and knowledge employers need in sectors vital to the UK's future, including health and social care, engineering, construction and technology.
