Hope you are looking forward to the remainder of the spring term and you are beginning to dive into the summer term. I am writing this early as I am preparing to go on annual leave, it looks so lovely outside, and I hope you enjoy your own leave when you get there.
Spotlight on BTEC Home cooking Skills
This qualification has been around a while now but is much loved by mainstream and SEND schools alike.
Home Cooking Skills focuses on teaching learners basic cooking skills to support independent living skills alongside entering the catering industry.
Available at Level 1 and Level 2 this qualification has now been moved into my portfolio. If you are interested in teaching this qualification or if you are delivering this already and have questions, please feel free to message me at belowlevel2@pearson.com.
New resources
We are pleased to inform you that our popular BTEC Level 1 intro in Vocational Studies now has an exemplar assignment brief and a learning activity presentation for every single unit. What’s more these can also be used across our other BTEC intros too!
