Post Results Services for General and BTEC qualifications are not applicable for August 2020 results.
You'll find our fees for all of our post-results services (from 1 August 2019 to 31 July 2020) here, including details of the situations where we won't charge.
Select the service you're interested in (review of marking and moderation or ATS) below to view the fees, or download this information in PDF form.
If we receive a cancellation request after completion of the review of marking or moderation request, the full fee will apply.
Clerical check (Service 1) and review of marking (Service 2/Service P2) requests
We will not charge centres for these services if the candidate:
- has been issued an overall grade for the qualification and this is changed as a result of a clerical check or a review of marking. The fee for all paper/unit components subject to the review will be waived
- has not been issued an overall grade for the qualification and their notional unit grade is changed as a result of a clerical check or a review of marking.
Review of moderation (Service 3) requests
We will not charge centres for this service if centre marks are reinstated as a result of the review of moderation. In all other cases, the full fee will apply.
Our Review of marking and moderation (RoMM) services allow you to request us to run additional checks that the grades we've issued your candidates are correct.

Our Access to Script (ATS) services allow you to request copies of your candidates' marked exam papers.
Scripts do not have examiner annotation on them. The marked script allows teachers to evaluate how the student performed on particular questions in relation to what they have been taught; the Principal Examiner's Report and the exemplars that we make available demonstrate how the mark scheme is applied.
Our new Pearson Access to Script self-service online portal allows you to view electronically marked scripts as part of the Enquiries about Results service. The system is web based and facilitates:
- viewing of electronically marked scripts online
- printing of scripts in pdf format to be printed or saved and distributed electronically
This Access to Script self-service portal will be available for you to access your candidates’ scripts free of charge for all scripts that have been marked electronically.
It is designed to be a self-service portal, where you can access, view and download your candidates’ scripts in PDF format free of charge.
This portal is accessible via Edexcel Online.
We have also produced a user guide to help guide you through the system.
