Overview of Quality Assurance
Quality Assurance is a set of processes and procedures we have in place to ensure that students completing our qualifications are issued a fair grade based on their performance.
We’ve put together a selection of guides to help you understand these processes for each of our qualifications.
Quality assurance procedures are in place throughout every stage of the exam cycle from the recruitment and training of examiners through to issuing certificates.
Quality assurance procedures are used to ensure all assessment is accurate, valid and meets national standards. For more information, see our guide to Quality Assurance
