Learners who need confirmation of their results sent to a third party outside the UK on January 2019 International A Level and GCSE results day

What is the service?

We can send a copy of a candidate’s January 2019  International A Level (IAL) or International GCSE results directly to a university outside the UK from results day, or before certificates are issued in May. The service is available until 24 April 2019.

The document sent to universities will be a Candidate Statement of Provisional Results (CSPR) which will list the candidate’s qualification grades at the time of us processing the application.

How much does it cost and how do you pay?

The service costs £20 per delivery address (you can request up to two delivery addresses per application) which covers the postage of the CSPR(s). You can apply for one qualification per application. Once we have reviewed your application and it has been successfully processed (processing begins weekly from 6 March), you or the payer specified will be contacted by telephone for us to take payment by card. Document(s) will not be sent unless payment has been successfully received.

When will we send the results?

We will be aiming to despatch results slips for this service by DHL within five working days of processing your application (subject to change based on volumes of applications received or if there are any problems with your application). Applications will be processed on 6 March (when results are released to centres) and then every Wednesday until the service closes on 24 April.  So, if we process your application on Wednesday 6 March, we will aim to have results sent out by Wednesday 13 March.

Courier tracking information

Courier tracking information will only be available once your CSPR(s) have been dispatched so please do not contact us regarding tracking until at least five working days after the processing date following your application submission. You can find processing date information above under the heading “When will we send the results?”.

You can request courier tracking information via Pearsons student help.

You should select 'Track or change a replacement document application' followed by 'Track my application' and then complete the web form asking for the tracking information. Please note on your correspondence that you are requesting DHL tracking for our January 2019 early results service.
