FAQs

Here are the answers to some common questions that teachers have asked recently

You can find the exam timetables for the 2020-21 academic year in our support area.

We provide a range of forms that you can use or adapt as you require.

As part of our ongoing commitment to ensuring that the qualifications we offer best meet the needs of our teachers and learners, we have been working closely with centres to understand how the reformed AS and A level qualifications are being used. You can access a summary of key findings on our context and research headlines page.

We have been reviewing our AS and A level qualification suite against these findings, and as a result, we intend to withdraw our AS qualification in Drama and Theatre.

The final opportunity to enter for these assessments will be summer 2020.

Important information

Our aim in taking this approach is to align our qualifications and support with the subjects and levels that teachers are prioritising. We will continue to offer our A level qualifications in all of these subjects, and this decision does not affect any of our AS qualifications in other subjects.

Support

We understand that you may have questions about this change, and how it will affect you and your learners. We are here to help you with any concerns you may have, and to provide additional information or support that you may need. Your subject advisor is available to answer any questions and you can find their contact details via the relevant subject page.
