Pearson BTEC Level 2 NVQ in Professional Cookery

Pearson BTEC Level 2 Certificate in Hospitality and Catering Principles (Professional Cookery)

Pearson BTEC Level 2 Technical Extended Diploma in Professional Cookery

Mapping to on-programme assessment

We’ve mapped regulated qualifications to those assessment criteria, making it easy for you to design a unitised learning programme.  

The Commis Chef standard has been mapped against three qualifications. From the document you can see which units from each of those three qualifications either fully map or partially map to the standard. As part of your on-programme delivery, you may wish to register learners on one or more of these qualifications to prepare apprentices for their end-point assessment. Alternatively you could mix and match selected units across all three qualifications to help create your own bespoke in house programme.
