Business Skills Update December 2016
Advice for centres on the withdrawal of Business related SASE frameworks as part of apprenticeship reforms.
Register of Apprenticeship Assessment Organisations
Customer Service Practitioner Standard
We are delighted to announce that the Register of Apprenticeship Assessment Organisations (RAAO) has approved Pearson to deliver End Point Assessment (EPA) for the Customer Service Practitioner Apprenticeship Standard.
Pearson continues to support the Customer Service Trailblazer Employer and Expert Delivery Group on new apprenticeship standards within this sector. We are also supporting, in a similar capacity, the development of the Customer Service Experience Specialist Standard and Assessment Plan at Level 3.
Financial Services Standards
In addition, RAAO has also approved Pearson for the Financial Customer Service Adviser and Senior Financial Customer Services Adviser Standards.
Leadership and Management Standards
As a levy paying employer of management apprentices, Pearson also sits on the Leadership and Management Employer Trailblazer Group tasked with designing new apprenticeship standard and assessment plans within the Leadership and Management sector. We will be completing our submission to the RAAO to deliver EPA for the Team Leader, Supervisor and Operations and Departmental Management Apprenticeship Standards shortly.
Notification of the withdrawal of SASE apprenticeship frameworks.
We wish to advise centres of the withdrawal of the following Business related SASE frameworks as part of apprenticeship reforms.
You will be aware that as part of apprenticeship reforms, there have been no new SASE frameworks developed or issued since 31 August 2014 and that new apprenticeship standards are being developed by groups of employers (Trailblazers).
