If you are a Lead Internal Verifier you will need to remember to go through the standardisation materials available through OSCA. Once the registration for OSCA has lapsed on 1 August, Lead Internal Verifiers must re-register by 30 September to ensure their registration remains active.
The question papers, mark schemes and examiner reports for this summer's external assessments are now available to download from the website. Results were issued to centres on 24 August and you can also see your centre's results on Edexcel Online.

Understanding marks
Get an overview of how we mark assessments and consistently award grades that fairly reflect a learner's performance. This includes setting grade boundaries and converting raw marks to UMS.

Documents
To cut down on the amount of paperwork to be completed we have simplified and updated several assessment and internal verification forms that are to be used from September 2016.
Resubmission
We have decided to extend the resubmission rule to 15 days from the current 10 days.
The new 15 day resubmission rule will apply to all our BTEC Levels 1-3 qualifications and will come into force from 1st September 2016. This rule will also apply to all learners on the programme whether they have registered before or after the 1st September date.
