New draft 2016 GCSE History specification now available
The new draft Pearson Edexcel GCSE History (9-1) specification and sample assessment materials for first teaching September 2016 are now available. The draft materials have been submitted to Ofqual for accreditation.

Book your place on a free GCSE History (9-1) launch event
You can now book a place on a free launch event to find out more about our new draft GCSE History qualification. We're running events around the country from April through to July, and more events will be put on in the autumn term.
To book a place on one of these events, search for GCSE History on our training page.
If you don't have an Edexcel Online account, you can also book by emailing us at trainingbookings@pearson.com. More events will be put on, so if events are full please ask to be put on a waiting list.
