You will find a summary in the tab below of the adaptations available in 2021/22 in the Engineering sector. Please note the following requirements:
- All content must be taught.
- Although adaptations for internal assessments are available, centres should consider whether they are required to give time back to teaching and learning. Adaptations can be applied at a centre's discretion where the pandemic continues to impact learners.
- Adaptations are only available in this academic year, which is assessment due to take place between 1 September 2021 - 31 August 2022.
- Work Experience and Employer Engagement: Please continue to use the support guide and adaptations put in place for 2020/21. Further guidance to follow on childcare licence to practice qualifications.
- There are no adaptations to external assessments beyond timetabling windows for tasks being extended in some cases, to accommodate additional time that might be needed to facilitate assessments across larger cohorts.
