- We’ve extended three of our retail qualifications until 31 December 2014.

- The structure of the Level 2 NVQ Certificate in Sport and Play Surfaces (QCF) has been updated to better reflect the needs of learners in the sector.
- Changes to BTEC Level 3 Retail Knowledge tests
- We're making some small changes to the tests for our Level 3 BTEC Award, Certificate and Diploma in Retail Knowledge (QCF), with effect from 4 April 2014.
