New administration system
We're delighted to announce an exciting new administration system to be implemented for vocational qualifications* in the coming months.

In response to your feedback, the new system will provide centralised access to qualification and learner data to ease administration.
What’s changing?
We've created a new system, Pearson Qualification Gateway (PQG), which will replace both Campus and Edexcel Online using a phased release approach. For delivery of your onscreen tests, we will introduce new Pearson Onscreen Platforms (POP), allowing you to deliver assessments to your learners in an environment that suits their needs. These new systems will simplify your interactions with us in order to make the service we provide more efficient.
How does this affect you?
The new system will be much more flexible, intuitive and reliable, giving you a better experience in delivering our qualifications. One of the key features of PQG is that it will consolidate all functions of our current systems into one, reducing confusion and the potential for data transfer issues. This will give all processes a more streamlined and uniform feel, with user-friendly navigation, straightforward design and jargon-free language. You will have access to a consolidated view of the learner and their associated achievement across all qualifications. Therefore, you’ll be able to find what you need quickly and easily.
What happens next and how we'll support you
To support you in moving over to this new service, we are rolling out PQG and POP in a phased approach by qualification type. We will be starting with migrating our EDI qualifications, and subsequent phases will include the remaining vocational qualification suite, followed by general qualifications. There will be a dedicated support website, which will provide you with access to a full suite of support materials and step-by-step video tutorials.
We will also be launching a series of live webinars to help you and your staff to familiarise yourselves with the new system.
Over the coming weeks, we will be in touch to confirm a timeline of activities, which will assist you in planning for the transition and provide details of all our training and support offers.
