New administration system launches on 19 January
NB: The timetable for launch of the qualifications management application has changed. For the revised timetable, please see this article.
Following a successful and detailed pilot with customers, our new qualifications management application is now in the final stages of development and, with integration testing scheduled to commence on 1 December, we plan to launch to Campus users on 19 January 2015.
What is changing?
These new systems will replace both Campus and the current onscreen testing systems. Some of the key enhancements of the new applications will be:
- a more flexible test player, with enhanced functionality for learners
- the ability to view detailed invoices on demand
- the ability to claim learner outcomes in bulk
- the ability to download customised learner results into a spreadsheet.
Getting ready for launch
Setting up user accounts
If you haven’t already, please let us know which members of staff at your centre require login details for our new system by completing this short survey. We will create login accounts in advance of the launch.
Familiarising yourself with the new system
Support and guidance materials will be available to you on our website from December, allowing you to familiarise yourself with the new systems.
Installing software for onscreen tests
If you deliver Pearson qualifications with an onscreen test, you will need to install software. We will notify you when the software is ready.
