I understand that this arrangement is subject to review and if quality is not maintained, or resources cannot be identified subsequently, certificates may not be issued and/ or approval may be withdrawn for the arrangement.


Additionally, for this arrangement:


a.      Our centre will fulfil the responsibilities of the Lead Centre, acting as the main point of contact with Pearson for this collaborative arrangement.

b.     The Heads of Centre from all institutions listed in Section 2 have confirmed their commitment to this arrangement and agree to adhere to Pearson’s terms and conditions.

c.      All participating centres will actively co-operate with Pearson on all quality assurance and monitoring activities, always upholding the highest standards.

d.     Each centre included in this arrangement currently holds approval to deliver the qualifications specified in this application.

e.      All members of the arrangement will ensure that any required external assessments are conducted in strict accordance with Pearson and regulatory procedures.

f.        The Lead Centre will carry out regular monitoring, review, and evaluation of the collaborative operations, ensuring continuous improvement and compliance.

g.      All members of the collaborative or consortia arrangement will provide Pearson with access to any relevant materials or documents associated with this arrangement and will facilitate access to premises and learners for Pearson representatives as required.

h.     To the best of our knowledge, the information provided in these forms is accurate and complies fully with Pearson’s requirements.

i.       We commit to notifying Pearson promptly of any changes to the collaborative arrangement.

j.       We acknowledge that Pearson reserves the right to withdraw this arrangement should any centre be subject to a level 3 sanction or above, or face sanctions from another awarding organisation—such as suspension of registration or certification, or if any member of the Senior Management Team or key staff has previously been employed at a centre where approval has been declined or withdrawn within the past two years.
