Information for students at the British Academy of Jewellery

We know you’ll be concerned that the British Academy of Jewellery is no longer permitted to continue running higher education courses.
If you’ve been studying for a Pearson BTEC Higher National, we want to reassure you that we’re focused on making sure you receive your qualification result if you’ve finished your course. If you haven’t, we’re working to help you continue and complete your qualification with as little disruption as possible.
What we’re doing now
We’ve emailed all British Academy of Jewellery students studying Pearson BTEC Higher National qualifications for whom we have contact details. If you’ve not heard from us and think you should have done, please contact us via the Pearson support portal.
If you’ve completed your course, we’re making sure everything’s in place for you to receive your certificate.
If you haven’t completed your course, we’re reviewing your progress so we can offer you clear options to complete your qualification. This could be issuing a notification of performance for individual units you’ve completed or helping you find an alternative provider.
What happens next
We know how much time and effort you’ve put into your qualification. We’ll be in touch soon with an update on the options available to you.
