Delays with exam material despatch
On 25 May, we emailed centres the following message from Sharon Hague, Senior Vice President:
I am writing to apologise if you have experienced any delays in receiving the 2018 examination material. I am sorry for any inconvenience that this may have caused.
I understand that these delays may have caused you unnecessary workload. We always aim to deliver the best service to you and take such delays extremely seriously. We are working to review our processes to ensure that this situation does not arise again in future exam series.
If you, your candidates or your colleagues have been directly affected by these late despatches, we will be in touch with you to follow up on any impact that this had had on you and answer any outstanding questions that you might have.
