If you, your candidates or your colleagues have been directly affected by these late despatches, we will be in touch with you to follow up on any impact that this had had on you and answer any outstanding questions that you might have. If you are not already in touch with us and would like to talk to a member of our team, please contact us at assessmentfeedback@pearson.com.

Once again, please accept my apologies for any delays.
