Claire Riddle is responsible for brand, marketing and communications for the BTEC and Apprenticeships division within Pearson.

Claire has been at Pearson for five years. Prior to joining Pearson, Claire held senior brand and marketing roles within Hearst Corporation, News UK, Kraft Heinz and ITV.

Lex is Chief Digital & Marketing Officer of L’Oréal UK & Ireland, a role he has held since October 2019. Prior to this, Lex held roles in the Western Europe Zone and was Chief Digital Officer of L’Oréal Middle East and Africa Region. The CMO team in the UK has a broad reach covering deep expertise in media, data and technology as well as consumer and market intelligence – and the key responsibility today of accelerating the transformation of the eCommerce business.

Mark is Managing Director for Marketing and Digital at Direct Line Group, with responsibility for brand, communications, CRM, insight, digital and data across the brand portfolio. He is also exec sponsor for the BAME element of DLG’s D&I activity, and sits on the board of DLG Legal Services.

Prior to Direct Line Group Mark worked at HSBC, 118118 and Mars in a range of marketing and commercial roles.
