The Team Leader/Supervisor Level 3 apprenticeship requires apprentices to take responsibility for managing a team or a discrete project. They can support, manage and develop team members, manage projects, plan and monitor workloads and resources. They can take responsibility for delivering operational plans, resolving problems, and building relationships.
There are standard-specific optional qualifications available which are designed to support both off-the-job and on-the-job training and development of apprentices on the apprenticeship standard:
As both a vocational and academic awarding organisation, we can offer a wide range of English and maths qualifications in line with your standards’ requirements from Functional Skills through to GCSEs.
As an ESFA-approved Assessment Organisation, we provide a full range of assessment services, resources and support from our experienced EPA team to equip you and your learners with the diverse requirements of the apprenticeship standards.
You can use Pearson as your end-point assessment organisation, regardless of whether you choose to use our on-programme offer or not.
The updated end-point assessment is made up of two components:

Team Leader / Supervisor Apprenticeship Standard End-point Assessment plan changes
The Institute for Apprenticeships and Technical Education (IfATE) have published a new version 3 of the assessment plan for the Team Leader/Supervisor Apprenticeship Standard - ST0384/AP03.
As of 26 June 2020 all new apprentices starting on the Team Leader/Supervisor Standard will be registered against version 3 of the assessment plan and undertake EPA as per its requirements.
Any apprentices registered prior to 26 June 2020 should remain on the previous version of the assessment plan - ST0384/AP02.
