Learner Work Transfer for Exam Units

There is subject-specific guidance for uploading learner work to the Learner Work Transfer in each unit’s administrative support guide. You can find each subject’s guide on the qualification course materials page, under external assessments. Use these guides to familiarise yourself with each unit’s requirements, including the file formats LWT can accept.

To make your uploads as quick as possible, file sizes should ideally be below 1GB; LWT will reject any files larger than 8GB. Where the assessment requires submission of audio or video files, recording in a lower resolution will reduce the size for easier upload.

Read more about file sizes and general LWT guidance for BTEC in our support article.
