Response from ACE360:

We are currently scoping the building of the withdrawal status if the candidate withdraws in the first 6 months of program. This will automatically add the credit back to the training providers account from the apprenticeship start date. In the interim if the training provider contacts us we will re-credit the token but only if the criteria is matched. The selection of the 6 months from start date has been made as the Training provider will have had the first tranch of funding by this point.

Notification of Results will be uploaded at the completion of EPA in the 'Shared Area' of the ACE360 apprentice record.
