End Point Assessment Specification – Customer Service Specialist Level 3
We are delighted to confirm that the Pearson End-Point Assessment specification and additional resources document for the Level 3 Customer Service Specialist Standard is fully published and available for customers who have signed up to Pearson End Point Assessment services.
A digital copy of all end-point assessment documents can be accessed from your account manager.
A copy of the specification document will be uploaded to the website.

Latest update for BTEC Business teachers
Welcome to this April 2024 update.
This update includes news of two Component 3 training events for the Tech Award this month. There is also information about the January 2024 Tech Award results including the grade boundaries, claiming certification, and entering for resits.
The deadline for the submission of work via Learner Work Transfer for the BTEC Tech Awards is now 15 May 2024 (extended from 1 May 2024).
