Amendments to Paper 2 and Paper 3 for summer 2019 examinations

Since 2015, we have been reviewing the performance of our examinations and listening to your valuable feedback on our A level English Literature Papers 2 and 3.
We are now pleased to inform you that for AS and A level assessment in summer 2019, the duration of Paper 2 will now be extended to 1 hour 15 minutes.
For A level assessment in summer 2019, the rubrics for Paper 3, Section B have also been amended in order to further support your students in making a suitable choice of poem for the question they select.
