Quality assurance is a set of processes and procedures we have in place to ensure that students completing our qualifications are issued a fair grade based on their performance. See the information for your qualification below to find out more about our quality assurance processes and what you need to do to adhere to them.

Quality assurance procedures are in place throughout every stage of the exam cycle from the recruitment and training of examiners through to issuing certificates.
