Qualifications management application is a new way to access our qualifications portfolio. On these pages you will find information and support to help you use the new system.

System outages
The system is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We complete regular updates to the system, which are scheduled on Monday and Thursday evenings. Whenever an outage is required, we will email you advance notice.
When will I start using Qualifications Management?
If you were a Pearson EDI customer, you can use Qualifications Management now. We have phased releases planned in the future. So, whether you’re a school, college or training provider, you’ll be able to access all of your Pearson qualifications from the same place.
