Contractual processes for EPA
Date: 9 Feb 2018, 12.30-13.30
Following on from our Letter of Intent webinar in December 2017, we are fine-tuning our commitment to deliver EPAs in line with ESFA's conditions of acceptance for EPA organisations.
This webinar will detail the contractual processes that Pearson will be rolling out from February 2018 with all providers. All providers who have a confirmed Letter of Intent with Pearson for delivering EPAs need to enter into a contract now.
We will detail what this means for providers, how Pearson will support providers and what you should be expecting from your account managers as part of the contractual agreement process.
Getting ready for EPA
Date: 16 Feb 2018, 12:00-13:00
The EPA is a synoptic assessment of knowledge, skills and behaviours developed and learnt by apprentices throughout their programme. Delivered by an independent assessment organisation, employers and providers need to be aware of what their apprentices should be working towards throughout their apprenticeship programme. While the programme of learning is specific to the apprenticeship standard, there are key timelines and logistical details that are generic across all standards.
This webinar will outline some of the touch points between providers, employers and Pearson that will simplify the process of engaging with an EPA organisation. It will also highlight timelines and checkpoints that providers need to be aware of to ensure an exceptional service to their customers and apprentices.
The Pearson EPA Service
Date: 9 March 2018, 12:30-13:30
As an early adopter, Pearson's EPA service has insightful lessons learnt from the pilots delivered in 2017. Building on this experience, we are developing a robust approach to Pearson's EPA service delivery for employers and providers.
This webinar will provide an overview of the structure of Pearson's EPA service that will be followed across all standards that we are registered for.
We will also take specific examples of two standards and demonstrate how the EPA Service will work in practice for these.
