To gain Qualified Practitioner status, learners who did not pass Unit 1 Child Development within BTEC National Children’s Play, Learning and Development (CPLD) can achieve the Level 3 Diploma in Children’s Learning and Development (Early Years Educator) (CLD) through a process of evidence mapping.
